The seminar on Greek traditional dance will take place from July 3rd to July 13th on the island of Ammouliani, at Chalkidiki, which is approximately a hundred kilometres east of Thessaloniki. For the duration of the seminar, participants will learn dances and songs from the area of Erythrea (Asia Minor), Monastiri of Eastern Romylia and Metaxades of Evros (Thraki), Kioumous Maten and Kars (Pontos), East Chalkidiki (Macedonia) and maybe more.There will be 4 – 5 hours of instruction daily. Most sessions will be accompanied by live traditional music. Participants will be from all over the world and depended on their number they could be separated in two groups.
Accommodations (double room occupancy) will be made at the hotel “Sunrise” which is built by the sea and has a panoramic view to Mount Athos’s bay. Single room may be available with an extra charge. Each room has a bathroom, balcony, television, refrigerator and air conditioning. The hotel also has bar, very good service with friendly staff and owners in a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast will be served at the garden of the hotel and dinner at some of the best taverns of the village.

The seminar price per person is 700 euros which includes all accommodation (with food), instruction, informational packages, and the excursions!
