International Inciralti Children Folkdance & Music Festival

"EGE-FOLKART YOUTH CLUB", will organize International Children Festival in 05-10 june 2007 with Balcova Municipality and Balcova Directorate of Education.

Our aim is meet children from all over the world and help for peace in all over the world.

The Organizing Committee of The International Children Festival will provide the Followings:

1.Accomodation and meals during the festival. Adults in hotel and the child will be guested by the families having children of the same age.(to pair of)
2.There will be reception groups at the Izmir airport until the arrival of the participating troupes.
The troupes which arrive by bus will use their own wehicle for the same activities and 250 litres of diesel oil will be given them by the committee.
3.An English speaking interpreter for each troupe will be ready.
4.We will give T-Shirt,certificate and some gifts to all participants.
5.we will organize entertainment for all participant children and Turkish children

Responsibilities of Foreign Troupes:

1. Each participating troupe is consisted of 35 members, including children and adult. Adminstrators, teacher, musicians and other musn’t be more than 8 people.
2. The children have to be between 8 and 14 years old.
3. Each troupe is requested to have own insurance covered including medical insurance during the trip.
4. The participating troupes are requested to arrive in Izmir on 05/06/07 and depart on 11/06.07.
5. Each troupe should bring flags of their countries with them.
6. Participants are kindly requested to contact Turkish Embassy or Consulate.
7. All of the shows are with live music interpreted by the group (no recorded music)
8. There will be 3 times gift exchanges during the festival.
9. Groups which will take part in this festival will sent part?c?pat?on fee 400 euro totally.
10. Groups who wants to participate in this festival must send their information (CD,DVD,Photos) till 15.04.2007
Participants will send their name list till 10.05.2007

Other Informations:

1. The average temperature during 05/10 June is 30/35 C.
2. The healty services at the hospital in our city are extremely good and available. 3. Electricity is 220 volts in Turkey.
