International Antakya folk dance Festival
July 18 - July 24, 2007
Antakya, Turkey

This festival aims to show our culture and beauty to foreign people, moreover to enable our citizens to enjoy the dances of foreign countries.

Date of festival:
The festival will take place between July 18 and 24. All groups will be in Antakya on 18th of July and leave on 24th of July.

Accommodations:
All groups will stay in student-hostels. breakfast, lunch and dinner will be supplied for groups and while groups leaving from Antakya, sandwich and something to drink will be given.

Transportation and transfer:
If the groups ravel by plane to Adana, they will be taken from Adana airport and they will turn back with our busses to Adana airport from Antakya. If they travel by bus, they will come by their bus to Antakya.

Performance program:  All groups will perform two times every day: 5 minutes and 20 minutes. All groups have to join opening ceremony.

Special Conditions:
All groups are to fill in the application form on www.antakyaakademi.com  till 15 April 2007. Committee will announce the result of applications on web-site on April 15 2007. Applications after this date will only be accepted by the committee secretary. 

Formal invitations will be sent to groups via mail, fax and post on April 30, 2007. All groups have to send participant lists and passports copies with visa until Jun 1 2007 via mal to committee. 
 
If any groups don’t send visas until that date committee has right to cancel joining of this group.

Payments:
No payment will be done to groups but 200lt motorin will be given to the groups which travel by their own bus (to use in Antakya)
